Prep Time: 15 minutes (plus 1 hour refrigeration).
Line parchment paper in a large baking tray.
Over medium-low heat, melt chocolate in a plate set over a pan of simmering water. When chocolate is melted, transfer to a work bowl (be careful the plate is hot, use gloves).
Allow chocolate to cool (see that it is soft).
Add the seeds and stir to combine.
Scoop out chocolate and seeds and drop onto the prepared baking sheet. (Work quickly as chocolate will harden.)
Place baking sheet with clusters in the refrigerator for 1 hour or it hardens.
