½ cup pomegranate seeds 3 Tablespoons honey Chopped walnutsMix pomegranate juice, ½ cup of honey and the rest of the ingredients and pour over the chickens.
Cover, refrigerate, and marinate for at least 8 hours. If possible, turn the chickens from time to time. Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. While it is preheating, pour the sauce from the chickens into a small pot. Cover the pot and simmer the sauce for 10 minutes. Set aside. Season chickens with salt and pepper. Bake at 450 degrees Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes, basting with the sauce periodically. The chicken should be firm when done cooking. Take out of oven & let it cool (covered) for 5 minutes. Brush each chicken with a ½ tablespoon honey. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and walnuts.
Pomegranate Martini 2 oz citrus vodka 1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice 1/4 oz fresh or bottled pomegranate juice 1 oz simple syrupPour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Pomegranate Chocolate Frosting ¼ cup of pomegranate juice 2 Tablespoons oil 1 6-oz package chocolate chips 1-teaspoon vanilla or 1-teaspoon sugar 2 cups powdered sugar 1-2 Tablespoons waterIn a saucepan, bring the oil and pomegranate juice to a boil. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips; bring to a melt while mixing. Add sugars and water; mix until smooth.
